Germany:  Free shipping on all standard deliveries. We deliver within Germany insured with UPS.

In case you are not at home during the delivery, your package will be taken to the closest UPS station. Alternatively UPS will try to deliver a second time. Should you not be at home during this delivery your order will be send back to Jasmina Jovy Jewelry. You will have to bear the costs for another delivery.

Europe: We ship to all European countries insured via DHL.
Worldwide: We ship to all other countries insured via FedEx

An additional fee of 15€ will be charged for express delivery to the store in Stuttgart (Payment with cash only). 


Our products are handmade and individually produced for you in Germany therefore we do not have every size in stock. If the items you ordered are in stock or only need an additional finishing or plating we will arrange the shipping within 1 week after your order is fully paid.
If your product is out of stock we need around 2 – 3 weeks production time. Please read the details (at the jewelry item of your choice) carefully.

Please note that during sales time or promotions the shipping may be delayed.

If your ordered jewelry is not available or producable (limited edition), we reserve the right to not deliver it. In this case we will immediately inform you and return any payments made.

If you order several items and one or more of the ordered items are currently out of stock, Jasmina Jovy Jewelry will not ship the goods until each of the ordered items is back in stock.


Additionally to our premium jewelry boxes we also offer free gift wrapping. The gift wrapping consists of a reflective metallic envelope with our logo embossed in silver or black.

Please note: We use secure carton boxes and fillings to ensure that your order will arrive in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.


Any Customer who is a Consumer shall be entitled to revoke the offer and return the product in accordance with the cancellation and return policy which is made available to the Customer on our website during the ordering process. offers you to exchange or return your goods within 14 days. You can choose between a gift certificate or receiving your money back. The goods must be send back in new/unworn condition. (Trying on the jewelry is of course allowed). Please return the goods to the following address:

In case of an exchange or a return you will have to bear the shipping charges. We recommend that you ship the package as an insured package (including a tracking number). If you are in Germany you can alternatively send your order back as a registered letter (which is cheaper). If you have any complaints please contact customer services first before sending back your jewelry.


After receiving your returns we will refund you your money within 2 weeks. Please note, that we will refund the money the same way in which you paid.


Payment in advance / Payment per bank transfer
Please transfer the sum of your order directly onto our bank account. As soon as we have received your payment we will prepare the delivery or start production on your order. Please note that this method of payment  will take up to 2-3 business days longer. 

Please do not forget to state your order number as your reference number.

Payment per PayPal

PayPal is the fastest and easiest way to pay. By using PayPal your personal PayPal. After submitting your order you will be directly forwarded to the PayPal website. After our PayPal account gets informed about your authorization we will ship your order within our stated delivery times. 

Payment per credit card

If you wish to pay with your credit card please do so through your PayPal account. There you can choose between using your PayPal account or your credit card. Should you not own a PayPal account you can still choose to pay with your credit card.


If you buy on you have the right of complaint for 24 months. Should you find any defects or mistakes on your jewelry within 2 years after receiving your goods, you as a consumer have the right to get your jewelry repaired or exchanged should the goods not be able to be repaired.
